Eugene Curran Kelly (Pittsburgh, 23 de agosto de 1912 — Beverly Hills, 2 de fevereiro de 1996) foi um dançarino, ator, cantor, diretor, produtor, roteirista e coreógrafo estadunidense. Era conhecido por seu estilo de dança enérgico e atlético, sua boa aparência e os personagens simpáticos que interpretava nas telas. Ele estrelou, coreografou e co-dirigiu com Stanley Donen, alguns dos filmes musicais mais bem vistos das décadas de 1940 e 1950. Kelly é mais conhecido por suas atuações em "Sinfonia de Paris" (1951), que ganhou o Oscar de melhor filme, "Cantando na Chuva" (1952), que Kelly e Donen dirigiram e coreografaram juntos.
