Sally Cecilia Hawkins (Londres, 27 de abril de 1976) é uma atriz britânica. Sua atuação com Poppy em Happy-Go-Lucky rendeu-lhe vários prêmios, inclusive o Globo de Ouro de Melhor Atriz - Comédia ou Musical.
