An ex-alcoholic returns to his hometown after a ten year absence to confront his past. The film opens with 'Jimmy' the lead character played by Paul Nugent getting on a train to return home to Waterford, Ireland. On the train he becomes extremely anxious and starts to have a panic attack, eventually the train arrives in Waterford. Jimmy has to quickly get himself off the train.
