Ever since journalist Viktor lost his job at a tabloid, he has been doing a poor job of housekeeping while his wife Alex brings in the money as a vet. His dreary existence comes to an end when Mr. Neumann becomes his new neighbor: Thanks to his journalistic flair, Viktor is quickly able to discover Mr. Neumann's true identity, namely that of motorcycle rocker Rolf Olsen, who has gone into hiding.
