In the gritty underbelly of Amsterdam, a band of rogues scheme to outdo one another as they prey on unsuspecting tourists. While Abba fights his obsession with the sadist Danny, his romantically naive brother, Rey, falls for the femme fatale, Faith. Masquerading as a tour guide, Danny enjoys luring tourists into his web, while Virgil, the deviant hotel owner, is there to pick up the pieces.
