It tells the story of Kenan, an engineer who goes to a village in Anatolia to build a dam, and Zeliş. Kenan is part of a team building dams for villages that have run out of water. In the village he visits, he meets a young woman named Zeliş. On a rainy day, Zeliş cannot return home and stays at Kenan's house. Kenan returns to Istanbul a few months later.
