Synopsis
Television's most popular trainers prove viewers can achieve the same results as THE BIGGEST LOSER contestants by doing these three different cardio workouts plus warm up and cool down segments. Viewers will get a well-rounded workout consisting of a 10-minute boot camp with Bob, a 20-minute basic training led by Jillian, and a 10-minute routine with Kim.
